Pennsylvania State Notary Fees
Below are the standard PA State Notary fees for in person signings. Fees are per act. Mobile and RON fees although having a standard price, the charges also subsidize the online vendor charges assessed to the Notary. They are additional to any applicable State Notary Fees, Administrative & Travel Charges, Holiday and after hour fees or Office Services. Please message us for any questions or more details regarding fees. All fees will be invoiced before your appointment and must be paid in full before your appointment time.

The prices listed above are the standard state prices. For mobile and remote notarizations, travel fees, administration fees, copy fees, digital fees may apply and others may apply.
